Rubik's cube animation-something different!!

Hi,

First of all special thanks to Jishnu Vediyoor for his patience, for being behind the camera and clicking almost 800 frames, that too continuously for about 3 to 4 hours.

Now come to the point  

Whatz this ? – Well, it’s a stop motion animation. But, what makes it different from normal stop motion is that live action footage is mixed with stop motion frames and it is synced properly with well pre-planned frames 

Any Inspiration? – PES Stop motion films have inspired us to make this stop motion video. However, this video is completely different from the PES concepts. Even the quality is not much high as that of PES but I hope to do something that matches the quality and concept of PES’ Stop motion films one day :) 

Anything more ? – There are lots more to ponder upon but now I am concluding this with an open forum :)

the date of meeting and everything was finalized sooooo early ,and creatives for the presintion was also done by Rubin, but aswin and farhan ikka got this idea just few hrs ago the meeting, actually they were planing for a game ,i mean flash game which need to run in Facebook but resource and time restricted us from creating a game...so finally came to this, Honestly i want to say one thing ... Yes... i call this inspiration, hmmm.. and the idea came from here
 

yha, durex condom creative, they are the real and we are just inspiration. but but but one thing is there after all this discussion only two things remained the one is me and the other one is DEADLINE ....as usual finally everything went HAPPY before they catch the train to Trivandrum for 11 am meeting from Cochin :)

Cel animation is a traditional animation technique 
which was popular before computers came into the scene.
Each frame is individually drawn and then played 
together to create the illusion of motion.

ANIMATION EXPERIMENT-PIXILATION

First pixilation done during college days.
Pixilation  is a stop motion technique where live actors are used as 
a frame-by-frame subject in an animated film, by repeatedly posing while
 one or more frame is taken and changing pose slightly before

First of all thanks to Mr Sarang (guy on the Screen) ...this ma first Pixellation  done at the time when i dont knw how to use any software ..but thank god i know one editing software called Ulead which was one of ma favourtive editing software because its easy and friendly :) this one is tooo old saw  having a long sleep deep inside some folder between some folder lonely i felt really bad for keeping this file like that sorry for that :( but from today u r becoming active so be happy and wake up

My 3d model that I created during the starting days.  I had just started my encounter with Autodesk Maya at that time and was not aware of rendering in high quality.  i just took a simple render and then added some effects with the help of Adobe Phototshop.

MAGIC OF MY PENCIL

                           THE BIRD-pencil sketch done during my college days!

I created this picture while in college, when I learned about the different types of shade pencils and shading techniques.  I tried to use almost all the pencils from the bundle I had and finally achieved this.  This is one of the best works of mine.  It was the time when we were loaded with assignments in college and I considered quantity over quality.  It took me a while to realize that quality matters and drawing blindly won't make you a good artist.  I finally learned that it's all constant practice that we need to keep up the quality and also to increase the number of our works.
